Does reserved seating cost extra?
No. The Seat-Map Studio is free on every BuzzHive account. It is not a paid add-on. You keep your full ticket price, and the buyer covers the fees at checkout.
Where do I build the seat map?
Right in the event editor. Build the chart, set your prices, and publish the event when you’re ready.
Can I mix GA and reserved seats?
Yes. Add GA zones to the same chart, and buyers can put GA and reserved seats in one order.
Does it handle balconies and boxes?
Yes. Build floor, balcony, mezzanine and box levels, and switch between them with one tap.
What happens if a buyer picks seats and leaves?
Seats are only held for a short time. If the buyer abandons checkout, they are released on their own for the next buyer.
